Payment: Payment
must be received prior to the start of each course. Upon receipt of payment, confirmation will be given. Places are allocated
in order of receipt of payment (subject to availability).
Re-enrolments:
Your space is guaranteed if payment for the next course is received prior to the end of your current course. You must enrol
by the specified enrolment date (even if you are regular). If you have missed enrolment date and wish to continue classes,
please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate you or find an alternative class with availability.
Refunds/Credits: Refunds or credits are not given unless on medical grounds and supported
in writing by your midwife or GP.
Safety: This remains paramount
at all times, however, Aqua-Bumps will not be liable for loss damage or injury that may occur whilst on pool premises.
Pool Closures/Class cancellations: In the unlikely event that a class
is cancelled for whatever reason, Aqua-Bumps will endeavour to re-schedule the class. Where this is not possible, the
credit will be carried over to the next course booked. Refunds are not given.
Missed
classes: Aqua-Bumps will permit 1 catch up class per course (subject to availability).
Photography: No photography is permitted without consent of ALL participants. Aqua-Bumps
may from time to time take photographs for business purposes. We will obtain your written confirmation to use such photographs.
Parking: There are parking facilities available.
